Verge
§ Work

Twenty years of design work,
now focused on aesthetics and wellness.

Verge is a Chicago studio with two decades of design work behind it, now building complete patient-acquisition systems for aesthetic and wellness practices. The engagements below are representative examples: illustrations of what the system is built to deliver in each vertical, not client results we are claiming. We are new to this category, so we let the work and the method speak until real case studies exist.
§01 — Selected engagements

Four verticals, one core system.

Illustrative · placeholder for real work
Representative engagement · Med-spa (A1)

A North Shore med-spa with a brand that finally matches its work.

Challenge. A single-location injector practice doing excellent clinical work behind a dated, templated website. The homepage undersold the quality of the work, and new patients came mostly from referrals.
Approach. A ground-up rebrand and a custom conversion site built for her positioning and price point, wired to a 24/7 AI Concierge that qualifies and books the after-hours inquiry.
Built to deliver. A brand she would be proud to link in her bio, and a front desk that runs 24/7. The system is designed to turn an after-hours inquiry into a booked consult instead of a missed call.
Representative engagement · GLP-1 weight-loss (A3)

A GLP-1 clinic that keeps its ad accounts while the price war continues.

Challenge. A cash-pay weight-loss practice rebuilding after compounding cutoffs and manufacturer direct-to-consumer pricing broke the old cheap-drug, paid-social playbook. It needed patients no manufacturer could take back.
Approach. A trustworthy, medical brand plus a compliant acquisition system: restricted paid search, local SEO, and a Concierge that runs the eligibility quiz and subscription booking. No banned before-and-after ads.
Built to deliver. A channel mix the category can legally run, built so the service, not the drug price, is what enrolls and retains the patient.
Representative engagement · Hormone / TRT (A4)

A hormone practice built around the physician's authority.

Challenge. An independent MD watching franchise clinics blanket his metro while paid channels stayed closed to his category. He arrived convinced that monthly SEO fees were a waste.
Approach. An education and authority engine: long-form clinical content, local authority pages, and email, the channels his research-heavy patients respond to. Every month we report a specific list of what shipped, not vague optimization.
Built to deliver. Patients who arrive already educated and confident in him specifically, and a monthly report that shows exactly what shipped.
Representative engagement · Interventional psychiatry (A5)

A cash-pay TMS practice with a discreet front door.

Challenge. An interventional psychiatrist with an expensive TMS device sitting under-used and a Psychology Today referral pipeline that had dried up. He needed more patients without anything that reads as advertising near his license.
Approach. A quiet, serious web presence with authority content aimed at referral partners and BAA-covered analytics only: no pixels on symptom pages, no testimonials, and crisis-competent content by default.
Built to deliver. The right patients and referring providers finding him discreetly, with economics where a single additional accelerated-TMS patient funds months of the work.
§02 — What every engagement includes

The same four parts, built to work together.

The system → Services
01

Brand

A brand that matches the quality of your clinical work. In aesthetics, the brand is the credibility: a new patient decides whether to trust you based on how your website looks.
02

Custom site

Designed around your positioning and price point, not a template resold to hundreds of other clinics. Built to turn the right visitors into booked consults.
03

AI Concierge

A 24/7 front desk that qualifies leads and books consults, including the after-hours inquiries your voicemail would miss.
04

Full-funnel channel engine

The marketing engine that keeps the system fed: paid ads and SEO where your category allows them, and education and authority content where it doesn't. It runs as one team, not five separate vendors.
