It is built to convert visitors, and you own it from day one: site, domain, and content.

AI Concierge

A custom AI Concierge that runs your front desk 24/7. It includes a treatment-finder quiz, a consult-and-booking assistant, and an automated review and reactivation engine, all tuned to your services and pricing. Speed matters: 81% of patients book with whoever answers first, so the Concierge qualifies and books at 2 a.m. on a Sunday, requests the review after the visit, and reactivates the patient who hasn’t rebooked in 90 days.

Channel engine

The marketing engine that keeps the system fed: paid ads & tracking plus a local-SEO foundation, built for your vertical. On the paid side, PHI-safe analytics, consent-mode pixels, and server-side tagging. On the organic side, Google Business Profile, schema, citations, and content. We run paid and SEO at full strength where your category allows them, and education and authority content where it doesn’t. We only run channels your category can legally use.

The core never changes: brand, website, and Concierge ship on every build. What changes is the marketing engine, matched to what each category is allowed to run. Med-spas get the full stack: paid social, paid search, local SEO, and email at full strength. GLP-1 and weight-loss get compliant, restricted paid ads plus local SEO and a retention engine, which keeps the account safe while less careful lead-gen shops get shut down.
